DOWCH Waterborne Coatings Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in waterborne coatings for the automotive industry. Since the establishment of its research and development subsidiary, DOWCH Technology has been dedicated to the R&D of waterborne coatings and related products for the automotive sector since 2017. With years of expertise and patent reserves in waterborne metallic paints, waterborne floor coatings, and nanocoatings, the research and production capabilities have reached the top level in the domestic industry.


The current series of waterborne coatings DOWCH have developed rivals world-class brands in several performance metrics, achieved high-level indicators. In terms of product development, we have established strong partnerships with well-known major corporations, such as Toyota Tsusho. We place great emphasis on environmental protection and the health of our employees. In the future, we will continue with solutions’ R&D for replacing solvent-based coatings with waterborne alternatives, introducing healthier, lower-TVOC waterborne coatings for broader application in the automotive industry. Our products & solutions
DOWCH Waterborne Clear Coat is an innovative product system developed independently by us over many years. It achieved the standards of solvent-based clear coats in terms of gloss, weather resistance, surface hardness, and polishability, while offering comprehensive advantages in quality, environmental sustainability, safety, and price.
DOWCH Spray-on Type of Protection Film utilizes a new polymer-modified PU and a specially selected multifunctional resin blend, applied through a spray-coating process. Once cured, it forms a seamless bond with the original car paint, effectively protecting the vehicle's surface and enhancing the brightness of the original paint.
DOWCH Automotive Parts & Components Coatings include coatings for bumpers, automotive interiors, and decorative accessories. After years of research and development, we have largely achieved the waterborne application of every coating layer for these components. We are among the first globally to realize "fully waterborne" solutions, with our products offering comparable cost and performance to solvent-based coatings.
